Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do when using GEMI. It forms part of our Terms of Use. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

You must not

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of export controls or sanctions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except under a sanctioned disclosure program.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data through automated means beyond documented interfaces.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, for example through denial-of-service activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform to build a competing product.
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
• Use outputs to harm individuals or groups, or in ways that violate applicable law.
